Ann Arbor sports columnist says fans not expecting Michigan to win

While most experts would have picked Hart and Co. to beat the Buckeyes at the start of the year, few think they will now.

"Title just one win away" by Daniel Bromwich in The Michigan Daily newspaper, November 16, 2007.
But what do you think? "Make Your Pick" at Today's Poll provided by The Columbus Dispatch. You never really know what will happen during the Ohio State—Michigan game (think Biakabatuka), but season statistics say Ohio State has played somewhat better against common opponents.

How 'bout those KANSAS JAYHAWKS, huh? And my alma mater, Mizzou? Huh? Bid for the BCS championship in the making? Beat 'em up next week, Mizzou, baby! Jayhawks squawk too much. It's Border War time in the Heartland. Watch out!

There are a few good teams stacked up in the top ten. But come the end of the season, who will be left? Now that Oregon lost maybe ... just maybe Ohio State will have another chance. We'll see.

Andy, IF OSU makes it to the big dance, I think they will be pounded into sand. Sorry, but this is a rebuilding year, and even though OSU has had a great season, I will settle for a win at the Rose Bowl.

Looking forward to NEXT season!
